Quality Control:

APEP operates a system of Quality Management which is approved and certified to ISO 9001:2008.
All ‘First Off’ parts are submitted to Customers for final approval accompanied by full dimensional reports.
Throughout the production process, we use modern analytical, measuring and inspection equipment which is regularly calibrated. This enables us to maintain the standards we have agreed with our Customers and Suppliers. Our Inspection Staff exercise control of all aspects of production materiel and maintain documentation which is held for statutory periods to demonstrate traceability
The Quality Department also has final responsibility for the dispatch process ensuring that components are suitably protected, packed and correctly documented in accordance with Purchase Order requirements.
Throughout the Company we promote the ideal that good quality emanates from attitudes of mind and acceptance by everybody, of their personal responsibilities to maintain the highest standards.
