Machining:

The works facility consists of variety of conventional and CNC machine tools capable of performing various machining operations such as follows:

    - Turning
    - Planning
    - Milling
    - Drilling
    - Jig boring
    - Thread grinding
    - Shaping
    - Broaching

The maximum machining capabilities are follows:

    - Turning : Max 600 mm dia x 2500 mm length x 650 wt.
    - Boring/Drilling : Max. 300 mm dia/50 mm dia max.
    - Grinding : Max. 400 mm.

Besides above facilities special purpose machines are also available for die-sinking, CNC spark erosion, CNC wire cutting machine, thread grinding, jig boring, spline rolling, copy milling for machinery of precision components and forgings dies.
